We are currently active in 4 fields of practice:
Although presented as distinct practice areas, there is a logical connection between them, which enables the sharing of Competencies, Capabilities and Capacity amongst them - when not thinking in silo’s and putting the value proposition central.
Our key focus areas today are transfer pricing and valuation, which quite often, and increasingly, overlap albeit they may serve different purposes. Business modeling enables both the sustainable operationalization of transfer pricing models from an organizational perspective, as well as the company’s informed investment decision-making process through financial modeling and analysis. Finally, legal economics refers to the economic support we offer the legal profession - in first instance, geared towards tax law matters (a.o. but not limited to transfer pricing and tax valuations), but also general corporate law matters (competition, IP infringement, economic damages).
